How long does seller approval take?
Approval is manual and typically completed within 2 business days after document upload.
Do you take a commission on sales?
No. The platform earns only via your subscription. All deals close off-platform.
Can I cancel my subscription any time?
Yes — your plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
What documents are required to register?
Company registration, tax number, and a representative ID. Catalogues and certifications are optional but recommended.
How do I get featured?
Premium and Enterprise plans include featured listing slots. Enterprise additionally grants featured-seller status.
Can I post in French?
Yes — though the platform's base language is English with a Google Translate switcher; French content is not maintained separately.
